Marriage Licenses
All individuals seeking a marriage license must provide the following:

A certified copy of their birth certificate |

Social Security numbers |
| • |
If either party was previously married, proof of how the marriage ended. Ex. a divorce judgement or certificate of death |

Age requirements: 18 years or older, parental consent is not required |
| Between 16-18 years of age, signatures of both parents are required | |
| Under 16 years of age, a court order is required | |
| • |
$25.00 - cash, check, or money order to the Clerk of Court |
Marriage licenses must be applied for no later than 72 hours prior to the ceremony. Marriage licenses expire 30 days from the date of issue. The fee is non-refundable.
