RECORDING FEE SCHEDULE
Effective November 1, 2001, in accordance with the recent enacted Senate Bill 364 and Senate Bill 365 of the 2001 Legislative Session, which amends R.S. 13:844 and R.S. 9:5217 the following fees will apply to all recordings in St. Martin Parish.

Note:
For the purpose of establishing the filing and recording fee, every document filed for recordation shall be captioned as to type of act on the first page, shall have on the first page a margin of two inches at the top and one inch at the bottom and sides. The type size shall not be less than eight point. For any document not in compliance, there shall be an additional ten dollar noncompliance fee per document.
